A Poster for Mocho

I made this the other day for another volunteer. He’s putting on an environmental film festival (you gotta show fun movies with the informational ones). One thing you realize when you start doing these types of things is that it’s not enough to just have a good sense of design, you’ve got to really know your way around Photoshop. If you look around out there, you’ll come across some people with serious Photoshop skills. And I don’t mean cutting out your entire family and pasting them in the sky to look like they’re flying. I mean, some really refined textures and typography. Even if you don’t know a lot of things, if you’re able to teach yourself then you’ll be fine. I imagine most people are pretty decent at that. That’s the only reason I know anything about photography/Photoshop; cause I taught myself and learned from everyone I could. Every time I do a poster I learn something new. Every time. I’ve got a lot to learn.
